We select our retreat venues very carefully choosing those in places of immense beauty so that you can relax & feel deeply nourished to the very core of your being.
In 2025 we have 3 awesome new venues for you – 2 in the Alicante region of Spain and 1 in the UK on the Sussex coast near Brighton. Discover each of our venues below but feel free to ask us anything you’d like to know as we live in Spain & know this area pretty well!
2025 Yoga & Hiking Retreats : Oliva, Alicante, Spain
We’re very excited to host our 2025 Yoga & Hiking Retreat holidays at a peaceful retreat house tucked away down a quiet lane close to the beach in the coastal town of Oliva, 80 mins north of Alicante airport from where we offer a transfer service .
This place is a sensational vision of sustainability, design, beauty and slow luxury. Powered entirely by solar power and having it’s own well for clean, fresh water.
It has the most gorgeous yoga studio we’ve ever seen, a cosy lounge with a log burner and 15 beautiful en-suite bedrooms all decorated in calming colours & natural materials to reflect the light & airy feeling of the surrounding countryside.

Outside in the garden there’s a chlorine free pool, comfy sunbeds & hammocks under the trees. There’s beach walks to be had, a town to explore & bicycles on hand to venture a little further afield.
A place for comfort, contentment & peace.
Every bedroom has been designed to be quiet & relaxing – a place where you can land at the end of the day & luxuriate in warm down duvets & quality linens. All rooms have views to the garden and en-suite bathroom with shower.
Choose to have your own private room or share a twin (or triple) room with another guest. Most guests come on their own so sharing a room is a great way to connect with someone who’s like-minded & to make new friends. If you’d like to share, let us know & we’ll pair you with someone of the same sex … unless you’re coming with a friend in which case you will of course share with them.
2025 Yoga & Pilates Holidays : Calpe, Alicante, Spain
We’re delighted to host our 2025 Yoga & Pilates Retreat Holidays at a luxury, 4-star, adult-only beach front hotel in the urban coastal town of Calpe, 45 minutes north of Alicante airport from where we offer a transfer service.
The facilities here are excellent – some of the best we’ve seen.
Expect a spacious bedroom with a pillow menu, hot/cold air-conditioning, slippers, mini bar with welcome refreshments, complimentary beach gifts and an Illy coffee machine ready for your morning wake up coffee.
The light & airy bathrooms are extremely well equipped & include paraben free Campos de Ibiza toiletries.
A few steps from your room is the Eden Spa & fitness centre – an beautiful oasis of peace and calm.

The Spa is the place to be pampered and to relax with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Indoor toning pool with hydro-massage jets, sensory showers, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, thermal loungers, ice fountains & peaceful treatment rooms that offer a range of innovative face & body treatments.
Your retreat includes complimentary access to the Spa & fitness centre.
We’ve organised for you to have a complimentary circuit in the Spa’s thermal waters & access to the private beach club overlooking the Mediterranean with its infinity pool & sunbeds.
2025 Soul Soothing Summer Escape UK : Seaford, East Sussex
On the coast, not so far from Brighton in East Sussex, lies Florence House, an elegant, peaceful house nestled in 6 acres of grounds within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
With the ocean at the bottom of the garden & Seaford town reached in by a 15 minute stroll, Florence House was originally a private home but now, having been lovingly restored, is a much loved destination for relaxing retreats.
Inside the house is a spacious light filled yoga room that opens onto the garden, a cosy oak panelled library, dining room, comfortable lounge with fireplace and 15 peaceful bedrooms decorated in calming colours to reflect the light & airy feeling of the surrounding countryside.
In the grounds is a meditation yurt and a walled garden that provide the perfect spot for quiet contemplation and alfresco breakfasts.
A stroll through the garden takes you to England’s Coast Path – a trail that follows the entire length of the English coastline & is the longest coastal path in the world. A walk along here towards the Seven Sisters chalky cliffs is a must – a route described by Country Living magazine as one of the Top 10 Breathtaking Spots to see the Sunrise!
