Our Airport Transfer Service
Once we’ve confirmed a retreat space is held for you, the next step is to book your flights to/from Alicante airport choosing flights that marry with our transfer times below.
Please note, our transfer times are based on the check in & check out times specified by our retreat venues. So, to avoid a long wait for our airport transfer, it’s best to choose a flight that marries with our transfer times.
Please note, there will be one transfer on arrival day & one on departure day.
Our transfer leaves Alicante airport on the first day of your retreat between 14.00-15.00 and arrives back at airport on final retreat day for 13.30. Transfers are €38 each way.
Journey time to our retreat venue is 45 minutes for Yoga & Pilates Holidays and 80 minutes for Yoga & Hiking Retreats.
Please allow 45 minutes from when you disembark your flight to clear customs & collect your luggage on arrival day.
Flights Outside of our Transfer Time
If your flight arrives or departs outside of our transfer time, we can organise a taxi to be shared by those guests who miss our transfer. Dependent on the location of your holiday, a taxi from the airport is approximately €96.00.
However, it is unlikely you will be able to check in to our retreat venues before 15.00 on arrival day & keep your room any later than noon on final day.
Airport Shuttle Bus
For our 2025 Yoga & Pilates Holidays, there is an shuttle bus service (€30) from/to Alicante airport that operates throughout the day and will bring you to the town of Calpe where our Yoga Pilates Holidays take place. Unfortunately, the shuttle bus does not operate to our 2025 Yoga & Hiking Retreat location.
Car Hire
There are many car hire firms at Alicante airport. We haven’t listed them here as it’s best to search the web to find the best deal.
Public Transport
Local Tram: There is a tram that runs along the coast from Alicante city centre to the towns where our retreats take place. The tram starts in the centre of Alicante – not at the airport – so you would need to take a cab (25mins drive) from the airport to the north end of Alicante harbour. The tram is the FGV (Ferrocarril de la Generalitat Valenciana) service and costs around €25.00. You’ll need to take the ‘Line 1’ tram from Alicante to Benidorm then change platforms in Benidorm to Line 9 for the final journey to our local town. Check the tram timetable here.
